We are sophomores from Meridian Technical Charter High School. After hearing about the volunteer shortage from our class, we wanted to do something to help out locally. We started brainstorming, and we came up with the idea for The Digital Bridge Organization. We believe that this app will help address this issue in our local area, and we hope we will be able to expand further as our organization grows.
We have decided to address this problem because we wanted to help non-profits as a whole rather than focusing on one particular organization. We want to be able to connect people with their community and inspire them to help organizations around them if they have the time to. We want our app to make recruitment of volunteers easy and straight forward so organizations can help more people by getting work done quicker through volunteers.
